Take One.

On our regular therapy walks, Claude and I often find ourselves laughing, sometimes groaning, and yes, oftentimes complaining at the utter absurdity of the things going on around us.... and if we're being honest to us.  From our daily encounters with the ridiculous, people and situations alike, to our more personal interactions with our loved ones, (read: each of our brand new teenagers and their many personalities), to ourselves.  Yes, ourselves.  We are on the verge of 40, (I will never again utter those words so you'd better remember them well, because someday, when I'm rich and famous and I'm being interviewed on the Jimmy Fallon Show, I will absolutely lie. Without hesitation.), our metabolisms are changing, (they suck), our brains are a bit more scattered and slightly ADD...or is it OCD... (thank you my dear, dear children), things are growing where they shouldn't be, (I mean really, what the hell is that?),  and one of us is starting a business while the other is heading towards returning to school.  Our lives are insane, often bizarre and definitely mind-boggling as we attempt to navigate all of the new stages. Together.  We figured we'd share them with you.
